Coach Saprina has been playing and coaching volleyball for over 20 years. She was a defensive specialist at Washington College and a starting Varsity high school setter. She encourages her players to be their best. She is currently the Head Varsity coach at Gar-Field Senior High School.

Coach Alexus started playing club volleyball at 8 years old. Her love for the game has been unparalleled. She was an Outside Hitter and setter at T.C Williams High School. She has earned many conference honors including 2, 1st team all conference teams, 2nd team all region, and honorable mention team her Sophomore year. She has been coaching volleyball for the past 7 years. She pushes her players to further their knowledge of the game and get uncomfortable to overcome bad habits. She is currently the Freshman coach at Gar-Field Senior High School.

Coach Ashaki is a MIVBC alumni. She specializes in setting, in which she played since she began playing at 8. In 4 years of varsity volleyball in high school, Ashaki earned 3 conference honors. Coach Ashaki is the captain and plays setter at NOVA Community College, setting a 5-1, lead the team to a 3rd place finish. Coach Ashaki aims to push her athletes to work hard and retain corrections. 

Coach Destine began playing volleyball in the Alexandria rec program at 12. She has since fallen in love with the game. Coach Destine is an alumnus of Norfolk State University where she played on the volleyball team as a defensive specialist. Coach Destine pushes her players to be active participants of the game on and off the court. This is her 3rd year with Major Impact VBC.

Coach Morgan has played volleyball since the age of 10. She played both club and high school ball in the state of Ohio. She specialized in setting. Coach Morgan is currently the coach at Rippon Middle School.

Coach Lisa played volleyball while serving  in the military. She played middle blocker. She began coaching once her oldest daughter showed interest in the sport while stationed in Hawaii. 2 of 3 of her daughters play collegiately. Coach Lisa stresses the importance of passing and serving to win games. She is currently the JV Coach at Gar-Field Senior High School.
